Return Policy:
- UNISOUND wants you to be 100% satisfied with your
purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied,
you may return your product, provided it is in unused
condition and in the original manufacturer’s
packaging, within 15 days of your invoice date.
- All merchandise returned or exchanged will be subject
to a 15% restocking fee less the shipping charges.
- Shipping and handling on returned merchandise will
not be refunded or covered by us.
- Original receipt and invoice number are required
for any return and refund.
- All returns must have an RA # (return authorization
number) issued by us to be accepted.
- Any package returned to UNISOUND without an RA
number will not be processed. The RA number issued
by UNISOUND must be included with your return package.
If this is a drop-ship package, please provide an
instruction to your customer to include with the
return package the RA that we provided.
- UNISOUND will issue a "Return Service" call
tag at our expense within the first 15 days for any
defective product. After 15 days your
manufacturer’s warranty will apply.
- Credit will be issued to your original credit card.
Typical credit processing times are 7 days after
we receive the product.
